Project Summary

Seven years ago, Everlasting Lawns was our first ever client. We built a website for them and have annually performed SEO. Everlasting Lawns is now the leading artificial grass supplier and installer around the Wigan, Warrington, St Helens and Bolton areas. As you can imagine, a ten year old website can quickly appear dated.

When we started work on the new website, we wanted to make sure that the brand continued to be as strong and well-recognised, but we also wanted to enhance it with a new, more effective branding and also lifestyle shots. The sell for Everlasting Lawns was very simple. They provide super high-quality artificial grass at an incredibly competitive price. Where they shine in comparison to their competitors is in their level of customer service. No job is ever too big or too small and they never leave a job without the customer being completely satisfied.

We wanted to highlight these important aspects on the website, so opted for a major focus on their reviews and gallery sections. By showing the user how a tired, old looking lawn and garden can be transformed into a no mess, no maintenance attractive garden, we would be able to engage with the user far more effectively.

The user is looking for only selected answers from the website. Is the grass of a good quality? How will it look when laid, and are Everlasting Lawns a reputable business? We have created a simply user journey to enable the user to access all of these touch points and in doing so have seen increase in conversion rate of around 1.2%.

We also manage Everlasting Lawns SEO, writing new content and constantly pushing them to dominate their desired locales.

“I met Adi from Feel seven years ago when I first started my business and needed to build my first website. Feel have recently built an amazing new fresh and up to date website that has gone from strength to strength over the years. I can’t recommend Feel highly enough and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future as I have total trust in their ability and professionalism.”
